Thank you for shopping at ZOOYADiamondArt. Because all of our products are custom-made based on your personal photos, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or remake your order at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
